Our hospital policies and procedures

01 Do I need an appointment?

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgeries, we work by appointment only.
02 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and CareCredit.
03 Do you offer payment plans?

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. Financing is available through CareCredit.
04 My dog knows how to heel! My cat loves walking on a leash!

While we admit, that's pretty cool, we do require dogs to be leashed and cats to be in carriers. For everyone's safety, we can provide a leash or carrier if you arrive without one.
